Amazing art
Grosvenor is pleased to reveal the latest colorful addition to The Rise in Vancouver, designed and completed by an artist and resident at the property. Drew Young, principal of Opal Productions and production manager for the project, recommended the coincidental selection of French artist Arthur Maslard to complete the striking mural. The mural piece is the artist’s interpretation of ‘Live Above It All’ that adds color and vibrancy to the wall of the 7th avenue parkade entrance.
Maslard’s connection to nature is the driving force behind his work, and his fascination with natural light lends to the sense of reality in his paintings. His work has been featured in countless mural festivals and art shows across Europe and the United States.
